Unravel the spine residing inside of you.

Engage the muscles underneath the shoulder blades to release the neck and shoulders.

Realize that a supported spine moves more freely.

Engage the entire abdominal system three-dimensionally. Articulate each vertebrae individually.

Use the back muscles to separate the ribcage from the pelvis. Side-bend the spine with the support of the entire abdominal system.
